I’m Holly Whytock, a freelance arts project management and marketing professional based in the South East, with expertise in theatre and youth focussed arts organisations.
I began my career in a regional multi-disciplined arts venue working in and subsequently heading up the marketing department. In 2006 I became Communications Manager for an educational charity based in a London West End theatre. I successfully instigated a full rebrand of the organisation and significantly developed audiences. I was promoted to Programme Director for the charity in 2009 and led on the strategic planning, financial management, communication and delivery of a busy programme of events for young people.
Since 2011, I have worked as a freelancer with a range of arts organisations on long and short-term contracts. I have delivered large-scale fundraising gala events, managed projects as diverse as tour booking outdoor arts to leading international education partnerships and have provided marketing support to theatre companies and visual artists.
I can offer and implement marketing solutions, manage projects, deliver successful events and provide practical support in times of organisational change and development.
